REFUND PROCESS FOR CANCELLED 2020 EVENT

IF YOU HAVE A TICKET FROM TICKET DIRECT PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGARDING THE REFUND PROCESS.
Please, be aware that due to contractual obligations and for logistical reasons we CANNOT offer to roll these tickets over. Only the BLUE committee distributed tickets will be valid for the 22 May 2021 event (more details below)

Below are the instructions from Ticket Rocket (previously Ticket Direct) on how to receive your refund.

Below are the official refund steps that will be followed:
If you have purchased your tickets online or through the Ticket Rocket Call Centre, you will automatically receive a full refund within 60 business days. Please note that there is no need for you to contact Ticket Rocket.
If you have purchased your tickets from a venue or outlet, you will need to email support@ticketrocket.co.nz with the following details:
- The name you used to purchase your ticket
- The event you have purchased the ticket for
- Your account name and number for a manual bank transfer to be processed back to. This must be a NZ account and not a credit card number.
Your refund will be received within 60 business days.
We appreciate your patience while we work through the large number of refunds.

IF YOU HAVE A BLUE OYSTER FESTIVAL TICKET AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND
All tickets to be refunded MUST be returned to Bluff Oyster & Food Festival, PO Box 154, Bluff 9842 by 22 May 2020. All refunds will be processed by 30 May 2020.
You must include your name and bank account details for the refund to be paid in to along with, at least, one form of contact; email, and/or phone number.
We are UNABLE to claim on any lost post so normal mail is NOT recommended or is done at your own risk. We recommend using a courier and confirming that they can deliver to a PO Box number. Please contact us - enquiries@bluffoysterfest.co.nz - if you require a physical address.
