Dear Editor:

Bluff Oyster Festival - you rock!

What a day, what a festival, what atmosphere, what entertainment, what a divine smorgasbord of gastronomic delights - something for everyone and every palate.  What organisation!

After seven years of food festivals, I now only attend ans serve at the country's best events.  A Bluff Oyster Festival virgin, I have to say it's the best.  I would like every seafood/festival event organiser to visit and learn from the experience that is the Bluff Oyster Festival.  During those seven years, I have never experienced the level of respect and consideration afforded to stallholders that we enjoyed in Bluff.  Maybe it's the southern hospitality, the stallholder-only toilets, or the time out area (complete with drinks and sandwiches), but we can all learn a lot from the organisers in Bluff.

Ten out of ten.  I'm already booked for next year.
