Organisers are working on an even bigger layout for this years food festival stalls and larger cooked oyster stalls are planned for the ever increasing lovers of Bluff's world renowned delicacy.
We are pleased to announce that Invercargill based, Mash Catering, will this Festival spit roast lamb for those seeking a meat treat, and also have available Venison and Paua Patties.
We are also pleased to have this year from Te Anau, Jo and Steve Daley, with whole and half Crayfish along with their range of Eel and Seafood delights.
Donna Wells from Nelson returns this year with double the amount of her famous Finestkind Scallops. Our own Bluff Pearls marching team are also doubling there quantity of Paua Sausages. Stella's in Bluff have increased the quantity of Oyster pies for this Festival after being voted 'New Zealand's Best' recently.
